I provide workplace wellness talks and group sessions focused on metabolic health, nutrition, strength, energy and healthy ageing, with particular expertise in women’s health and midlife wellbeing.

Sessions are designed to support employee wellbeing, energy, resilience and long-term health through practical, evidence-based strategies that can be applied in everyday life.

I also offer workplace Strength Pilates classes designed to improve strength, mobility, posture and overall wellbeing in a supportive group environment.
