My approach focuses on helping clients rebuild trust in their bodies, improve long-term health and create realistic habits that fit real life.
Through personalised coaching, I support women in improving nutrition, building strength, developing sustainable routines and moving away from all-or-nothing thinking around food and exercise.

Comprehensive One-to-One Consultation

Follow-up consultations: €60 — 30 minutes
This comprehensive consultation is designed to assess your nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and health habits while identifying the key factors impacting your energy, strength, body composition and overall metabolic health.
During the session, we will discuss:

This 10-week programme is designed for women in midlife who want to move beyond restrictive dieting and create lasting improvements in their health, habits and confidence.
Many of the women I work with come to me during perimenopause and menopause feeling frustrated by weight gain, low energy, sugar cravings, changing body composition or the feeling that the strategies that once worked for them no longer do. Hormonal changes during midlife can influence muscle mass, energy levels, appetite and blood sugar regulation, often making it harder to maintain the same routines and results as before.

A detailed one-hour consultation assessing your nutrition, lifestyle, exercise habits, goals and current challenges, followed by personalised action points emailed to you.
7 x Tailored Follow-Up Sessions
Seven personalised 30-minute consultations designed to support your progress, provide accountability and adapt your plan as needed. Following each session, you will receive personalised guidance and action points tailored to your goals and stage of midlife.
