Women’s Strength Pilates

Strength Pilates combines the principles of traditional Pilates with strength-focused resistance training to help women build core strength, improve muscular endurance and support long-term health.

My classes focus on improving strength, posture, mobility and body awareness while helping women maintain muscle mass, support bone health and improve overall body composition — all particularly important during midlife and beyond. Strength Pilates is suitable for a range of fitness levels and offers a practical, supportive approach to movement and strength training. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, improve confidence with exercise, support healthy ageing or complement your existing training, sessions are designed to help you move well and feel strong.
