Perfecting the Push Up

I was working with a client this morning on perfecting the push up and it inspired me to post a video to help those trying to move to the next level in their push up training.

Push-ups strengthen your chest, shoulders, arms and core while helping preserve muscle, support bone health, improve functional fitness and build the confidence that comes from becoming stronger at every stage of midlife .. I love them!

Using the resistance band to help take a little of your body weight helps you push away stronger and with better control. Building strength with the band and perfecting form and control will then help you move to a strong, effective full push up.
