Broccoli Feta Tomato and Roasted Hazelnut Salad

Broccoli Feta Tomato and Roasted Hazelnut Salad

Ingredients

2 heads of broccoli washed and cut into small florets
150grams of feta cheese chopped into small squares
100grams of raw hazelnuts
15-20 cherry tomatoes sliced in two
Enough of Alva's French Dressing to toss and coat salad

 

Method

Place washed broccoli, feta and tomatos in a large bowl and mix well. Roast hazelnut in the oven or under the grill for a few minutes (toss half way). Remove from grill/oven and place in a clean tea towel and rub the nuts to remove skins. Let nuts cool before adding to bowl of salad. Toss well and add some french dressing and toss again. Season with freshly ground pepper.
