It's holiday time for many...yes I know many of you are out there enjoying the sun, relaxation, food and taking a well deserved break.     So how's the exercise going?

It is all too easy to get into total "go slow" mode on holidays and I want to show you how with just 15 minutes a day you can keep the body's systems challenged and the muscles strong. 


How would you like a 15-minutes "no cardio" full body workout?

No equipment needed just bodyweight to challenge yourself.  


 

Workout Breakdown

5 x Dive Bombers
10 x 1--2-3 knee touch plank
5 x Dive Bombers
10 x elevated side plank (right)
10 x elevated side plank (left)
5 x Dive Bombers
20 x rolling side crunch (alternative sides) 
5 x Dive Bombers

Repeat 3-5 times
