Alva's French Dressing

Here's a great french dressing perfect on the broccoli feta tomato and hazelnut salad I just posted but also great on leaves or any simple salad. French dressings vary hugely in ingredients and porportions but I find this combinatino works great and it keeps for weeks in the fridge.


 

Ingredients

100mls olive oil
100mls toasted peanut oi
100mls rapeseed oil
100mls red wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves
1 heaped tablespoon of grainy mustard
1 heaped tablespoon of honey
Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste

 

Method

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for a minute or so. Store in a bottle and shake well before using.
