This full body strength and conditioning workout consists of seven bodyweight exercises. Perfect to get you back into exercise after the long summer break!

Try completing 10-15 repetitions of each exercise before moving onto the next.

Knee to elbow mountain climbers

Side plank hip drops (Right)

Side plank hip drops (Left)

Pike press ups

Beginners try 1-2 rounds, intermediate 2-3 rounds.
